Take time to recharge your batteries with a yoga session. Enjoy the breathtaking view of Lake Memphremagog and the tranquility of the mountain.
Sessions take place every Saturday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Accessible to all, regardless of experience.
Bring your mat, water bottle, clothes, etc.
Sessions will be held on the Panorama ski trail. To get to the site, you'll need to leave your car in the main parking lot near the chalet and walk about 200 metres up Owl's Head Road.
Online registration is required to take part in a session.
In the event of thunderstorms or heavy rain, the event may be cancelled for safety reasons.
